Gift card, Coupon & voucher FAQ

Thanks so much for visiting our website! Below we've tried to answer common questions regarding how to redeem a gift card, a coupon or a voucher from a third party website.

Redeeming Gift Cards:

If you have purchased or were gifted a gift card for the Underground Donut Tour, please contact us at info@undergrounddonuttour.com and provide the information below:

• Your name

• Your email address and phone number

• The gift card number

• The amount

• The date and time you would like to attend the tour

Our team will confirm your booking and send you final confirmation details.

Redeeming Coupon Codes:

If you have a coupon code you would like to use, go through our checkout process and at the end of the process (i.e. when you are entering your credit card details) you will see a link that says "Add promo or discount code". Click on that and a box will appear to enter your coupon code. Enter the code and it should validate your discount code. If you have any questions, email us at info@undergrounddonuttour.com.

Redeeming Third Party Vouchers (i.e Groupon, Daily Deal, etc.)

If you have a coupon from a 3rd party website you'd like to redeem, the first thing to do is check with the first 3 letters are on the voucher.

Voucher Code Beginning with EBG:

If the voucher begins with "EBG", you are in the right place. You can redeem your code on our website and book your tickets. Go through our checkout process and at the end of the process you will see a link that says "Add promo or discount code". Click on that and a box will appear to enter your voucher code beginning with "EBG". Enter the code and it should validate your code and deduct either $65 USD for adults or $55 USD for kids from the total. If you have any questions, email us at info@undergrounddonuttour.com. Voucher Code That Does Not Begin with EBG:

If you are trying to use a voucher code on our website that does not begin with "EBG", there are a few steps you need to complete first. Please email support@offerredemption.com and give them your voucher code and they will help you through the process. Once you have a code beginning with "EBG", you can book on our website.
